摘  要:近年来随着原油性质变差,我国焦化加工能力得到快速提升,延迟焦化技术日益受到青睐,但是由于原料质量差、焦粉的沉积等原因造成的炉管结焦问题严重影响了装置的开工周期。为此本研究以乌鲁木齐石化焦化油样(加热炉进料、焦化塔进料)为原料,在高压釜中进行反应,来研究不同的温度等因素对焦化油样生焦趋势的影响。结果表明:温度变化范围在390~410℃之间时,随着温度增加焦化油样的生焦提前。Over the years,properties of crude oil become poorer.The capability of delayed coking has been strongly increased.However,poor properties and precipitated coke are the primary cause of plugging the furnace tube,which can seriously affect on-stream period.Raw material of delayed coking unit supplied by Wulumuqi refinery was chosen as the sample,effect of different conditions on the coking in the furnace of delayed coking unit was studied.The results indicate that high temperature can accelerate the coking in the furnace;the higher temperature,the more manifest the accelerated effect.
