摘 要:氟资源是重要的战略资源,但目前氟资源主要来源是萤石,只占氟资源总量的10%,而90%氟资源伴生于磷矿中,在磷矿开发与利用过程作为废物丢弃,产生严重的环境污染和氟资源的浪费。综述了磷矿副产氟硅酸生成氟化氢,氟化盐及冰晶石的生产方法和工艺,评述了各工艺方法的优缺点。为合理利用磷矿伴生氟资源及防治环境污染提供了行之有效的方法。Fluorine resource is important strategic resource,currently the fluorine resources is fluorite,which accounts for only 10% of the total resources,while the remaining 90% of fluorine resources is associated in phosphorus ore.Fluorine resources were discarded as waste in the process of development and utilization of phosphate.This phenomenon resulted in serious environmental pollution and waste of fluoride resources.In this article,methods and processes of producing hydrogen fluoride,fluoride salt and cryolite from fluosilicic acid-by-product of the phosphate were described.Advantages and disadvantages of the processes were compared,which can provide an effective method for reasonably using fluorine resources from phosphate and avoiding environmental pollution.
