摘 要:目的了解洞庭湖区垸内钉螺面积分布现状及分布特点,提出防治对策,为进一步有效消灭垸内钉螺面积工作提供依据。方法收集2007~2011年湖南省血防工作统计年报表及2011年湖南省垸内钉螺面积核查结果进行统计分析。结果洞庭湖区垸内有螺单元环境类型以沟渠为主,新发钉螺面积60.5hm^2,复发钉螺面积546 1hm^2,现有钉螺总面积2 754 6hm^2,2011年达灭净标准垸内钉螺面积398.6hm^2,占总面积的14.47%。采取的主要措施是药物灭螺和沟渠硬化。结论洞庭湖区垸内虽有新发、复发钉螺面积,但有螺总面积呈下降趋势。可以采取药物灭螺和沟渠硬化、精养鱼池等防治措施相结合的办法,有效减少垸内钉螺面积和促进当地经济发展。Objective To understand the current snail situation of inner embankment of Dongting Lake regions,and provide evidence for the establishment of snail control strategy.Methods The data were collected and analyzed that included the Hunan provincial annual reports of schistosomiasis control from 2007 to 2011 and snail re-checking data in the inner embankment of Dongting Lake region in 2011.Results The main environments infested with snails were conduits in inner embankment of Dongting Lake regions.The total snail area was 27.546 million m^2,among which the newly emergent snail area was 0.605 million m^2,and the re-emergence snail area was 5.461 million m^2.The eliminated snail area was 3.986 million m^2 in 2011 with the measures of molluscicide and hardening conduits.Conclusion There are newly emergent and recovered snail areas in inner embankment of Dongting Lake regions,the total snail area,however,took a descending trend.By using the combination methods of molluscicide,hardening conduits and expanding pond,the snail area of inner embankment of Dongting Lake region should be compress effectively as well as promoting economic development.
