摘 要:针对山梨酸废水COD高、成分复杂的特点,采用混凝沉淀-ABR法对其进行处理研究。分析了混凝沉淀预处理的最佳混凝条件;阐述了ABR反应器的启动过程和颗粒污泥的特征;提出了ABR处理山梨酸废水的最佳工况。结果表明,当废水的pH值为7.5、投加的PAC浓度为3 mg/L时,经混凝沉淀预处理后,COD去除率可达17%;采用低负荷启动、分阶段提高进水浓度的方式,经历110d完成了ABR反应器的启动和污泥的驯化;反应器最佳HRT为48 h,此时COD去除率可达84.86%,为保证具有较高的去除率,最大容积负荷为10 kg·(m3·d)-1。According to the characteristics of the sorbic acid wastewater,such as high COD and complicated components,coagulation sedimentation-ABR was used to treat it.In the experiment process,the optimal conditions of coagulation sedimentation process were analyzed;the start-up of ABR and the biochemical features of granular sludge were introduced;and the optimal conditions in treatment of the sorbic acid production wastewater were proposed.The results show that under the conditions of pH value 7.5,PAC concentration 3 mg/L,the removal efficiency of the sorbic acid wastewater COD can reach 17% after coagulation sedimentation pretreatment;the reactor can be started up after 110d by the way of lowing organic load first and increasing the concentration of influent;the best HRT of reactor is 48h,and the removal efficiency of COD is 84.86 %;in order to ensure ABR higher removal efficiency,the biggest organic load of ABR is 10 kg·(m3·d)-1.
