小井眼侧钻井在苏丹6区的应用

摘　　要：FN2ST是苏丹的第一口小井眼侧钻井,由长城钻探提供侧钻开窗、定向和扩孔完井技术一整套服务。小井眼侧钻井由于环空间隙小,尾管不居中,固井顶替效率低,造成水泥环薄而影响固井质量。具有自主知识产权的长城侧钻扩孔完井技术已在国内应用数千口井次,有效地解决了上述技术难题,节约了大量成本,积累了丰富的施工经验。而在苏丹6区施工尚属首次,该井的作业成功彰显了长城侧钻井技术服务的实力,同时开拓了小井眼侧钻市场,具有广阔的应用前景。FN2ST well is the first slim hole sidetracked well.Great wall drilling company is the integrated service provider covering sidetrack window cutting,directional drilling and reaming and completion.There exists eccentric casing,low displacement efficiency,thin cement sheath challenging to cementing quality in slim hole.Application of a patent system in thousands of wells in domestic area effectively resolves the challenges above mentioned,saves the cost,and rich operating experiences are also obtained.Application of the patent system in block 6 of Sudan is first,its success demonstrates our ability of providing sidetracked well service,promotes the prosperity of sidetracked well.
