摘　　要：本文介绍了无盐C.I.直接黄132的制备技术。该技术主要包括过滤、微滤、超滤、浓缩、喷干等工艺。其条件为30～40℃,2 000 kPa压力下,染料浓度选择在5%,渗透通量为0.7 L/分钟,渗透液染料浓度为0.006%。该超滤条件可有效分离阴离子,对Cl-处理效果好于SO24-。The preparation of salt-free C.I.Direct Yellow 132 was introduced.The processes included filtration,microfiltration,ultrafiltration,concentration and spray drying.The conditions were the temperature ranged from 30 to 40℃,the transmembrane pressure 2 000 kPa,the dye concentration 5%,the permeation flux 0.7 L/min and the dye concentration of permeation 0.006%.The anion could be separated efficiently in this purification condition,and the effect was better for Cl-than SO2-4.
