摘  要:在N-乙基-2-羟基-3-氰基-4-甲基吡啶酮中预先加入分散剂再与对氯邻硝基苯胺的重氮盐进行偶合反应,可以得到高含固量的反应液,其中染料的含量高于10%,比传统方法制得的染料含量高出一倍,可节水1/2。用上述方法制造的染料粒径主要在6~10μm范围,研磨比较容易,按同样的方法研磨比传统的方法研磨时间要缩短1/2。研磨时加入分散剂(自制的高效分散剂),含量为染料干品的30%~40%,此举可使染色残液中分散剂的含量减少2/3。研磨后形成的分散体储存稳定性好,放置三个月尚未分层。染色的结果表明,使用该分散剂制得的C.I.分散黄211与标样相比强度和色光一致,但鲜艳度要高,因为分散剂中含有可螯合钙、镁等金属离子的基团。N-Ethyl-2-hydroxy-3-cyano-4-methyl-pyridone coupled with diazonium salt of p-chloro-o-nitroaniline in the presence of dispersant,then a high solid content liquid with a dye concentration higher than 10% was obtained.The content of the dye doubled and water could be saved 1/2 than that of the traditional methods.Most particle sizes of the dye were 6~10μm,and they could be easily grinded.That means the energy could be saved.For grinding,we employed a high performance dispersant,so that the dosages of dispersant were 30%~40% based on the dried dye,which indicates that the dispersant concentration in dyeing liquor could be saved at least 2/3.After grinding,the dispersion still stable even it was stored at environmental temperature for three months.The dyeing results showed that C.I.Disperse Yellow 211 which grinded with self-made dispersant exhibited the same shade and the same strength as its standard.Because the dispersant contains some groups which might chelate metal ions,such as Ca2+ and Mg2+,the hue of dyeing fiber was brighter than the one dyed by its standard.
