摘 要:采用离子交换膜法电解还原邻氯硝基苯制备2,2'-二氯氢化偶氮苯(DHB),研究了不同性能离子交换膜、电流密度、催化剂对合成反应的影响。实验中采用电化学工作站分析电解槽的电化学性能,使用液相色谱跟踪产物含量变化。结果表明应用离子交换膜(M-1)、电解槽电流密度为3.125 A/dm2,催化剂为氧化铅时,可使反应时间缩短至5小时,DHB收率达到95.4%。2,2′-Dichlorohydrazobenzene(DHB) was synthesized from o-chloronitrobenzene by electrochemical reduction with an ion-exchange membrane.The effects of different ion-exchange membranes,current densities and catalysts on the synthesis were investigated.In the experiment,the electrochemical properties were analyzed with an electrochemical workstation and the content of product was traced by a liquid chromatography.The results showed that the yield of DHB could reach to 95.4% in the presence of ion-exchange membrane M-1 and catalyst PbO with a moderate current density(e.g.,3.125 A/dm2) in 5 hours.
