摘  要:以4-羟基-6-氨基-2-萘磺酸(γ酸)和乙酸酐为原料合成了染料中间体4-羟基-6-乙酰氨基-2-萘磺酸,产物经傅里叶红外光谱表征,与结构相符。重点研究了水用量、乙酸酐用量、反应温度三个因素对反应的影响。正交实验结果表明水用量20g,γ酸∶乙酸酐=1∶1.5,反应温度70℃,此时酰化产率最高,为97.17%。Dye intermediate 6-acetamino-4-hydroxy-2-naphthalenesulfonic acid was synthesized from 6-amino-4-hydroxy-2-naphthalenesulfonic acid(γ-acid) and acetic anhydride.The product was characterized by FT-IR and its chemical structure was confirmed.Three factors including the amount of water,the amount of acetic anhydride and the reaction temperature which influence on the reaction were investigated by orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the optimal conditions of synthesis reaction were as follows: the water 20 g,γ-acid∶ acetic anhydride=1∶ 1.5,the reaction temperature 70 ℃;the highest acylation yield was 97.17% in this condition.
