伏虫隆80%水分散粒剂的研制

摘　　要：介绍了以贮存[(54±2)℃,14 d]稳定性和悬浮率为指标,用不同种类的润湿剂、分散剂和崩解剂等进行配方组合,得到伏虫隆80%水分散粒剂。最佳配方为:伏虫隆原药:80.0%(折百),LB-G8:3.5%,LB-G5:1.5%,SF-04:3.0%,PVA(变性):0.6%,StearicAcid:高岭土(0.8:2):补足100%。对该产品的崩解性、悬浮率、分散性、润湿性和稳定性进行了测定。研究结果表明产品各项技术指标和热贮稳定性测定均达到水分散粒剂的质量指标。并简述了该制剂的特点、生产工艺和质量技术标准等。This article mainly introduces how to get Teflubenzuron(80%WDG) with different types of wetting agent,dispersing agent and disintegrating agent,taking the storage stability[(54±2)℃,14days]and the suspensibility as indicators.And the best formula is: Teflubenzuron technical:80.0%(min),LB-G8:3.5%,LB-G5:1.5%,SF-04:3.0%,PVA(denatured):0.6%,Stearic Acid:kaolin(0.8:2), added to 100%.The product is tested for its disintegration,suspensibility,dispersibility,wettability and storage stability.The study shows the above-mentioned technical indicators and high temperature storage stability all reach the standard of WDG This article also describes the special properties,the manufacturing process and the quality technical standard of the product.
