摘  要:为考察一株拮抗细菌所产拮抗物质的性能及初步判断拮抗物质的类型,通过测定抑菌圈大小、硫酸铵分级沉淀、低温乙醇沉淀及茚三酮反应、双羧脲反应、莫氏实验及糖还原实验对拮抗物质特性及类型进行分析判断.结果表明,该拮抗细菌所产拮抗物质具有较好的广谱抗菌性,对炭疽杆菌、大肠杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、苏云金芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌等细菌有较强的抑菌作用.经一系列化学反应检测,初步推断该菌株所产拮抗物质为一种糖蛋白质类物质.利用该菌株所产抑菌物质的广谱性和稳定性,进行植物病虫害防治将具有诱人的开发应用前景.In order to investigate the characteristics of antagonistic substance and preliminarily estimate the type of antagonistic substance producing by an antagonistic bacteria strain.By measuring the diameters of inhibition zone,using ammonium sulphate to gradient deposit antagonistic substance,using ethanol deposit under lower temperature and carrying the Ninhydrin reaction,the Biuret reaction,the Mohs' experiment and the reductive reaction of saccharide,the properties of antagonistic substance were respectively analyzed.It showed that antagonistic substance producing by this antagonistic bacteria strain owned broad-spectrum anti-bacterial properties,especially to Bacillus anthracis,Escherichia coli,Bacillus licheniformis,Bacillus thuringiensis and Bacillus subtilis.After being examinated by a series of chemical reactions,the antagonistic substance producing by this antibacterial strain was preliminarily identified as a kind of glycol-protein.All these results explained that it was a promising thing for utilizing antagonistic substance of antibacterial strain to prevent some plant diseases and insect pests.
