摘 要:建在城市主干道或者快速路旁的房地产建设项目,存在着噪声严重危害住宅区声环境的现象.针对此类房地产建设项目环评中存在噪声防治措施运用不合理、噪声污染防治效果分析不到位的现象,结合某房地产建设项目实例采用Cadna/A软件对各降噪方案进行预测,全面考虑各降噪方案的可行性并进行方案比选,指出各防噪措施应兼顾的其他规范要求,最终提出推荐降噪方案,即采用声屏障与绿化相结合的方式,在实践中应将主动防护措施与被动防护措施相结合,以确保室内声环境达到相应规范的要求.可为今后此类房地产项目环评作参考,使其噪声污染防治措施更切合实际,声环境影响分析更全面.Noise becomes a danger to residential favorable sound environment that built on the main road in the city or highway.The noise control measure of such real estate construction project in the EIA is not reasonable,and the noise contaminate effect can not give a standard analysis.This article combined a example of real estate construction project forecasts various noise control measures through the Cadna/A.It compared each scheme's feasibility and finally a project was recommended that was the combination of noise barriers and greening,and it put forward that the passive protective measures combined with the active protection measures in reality to protect the acoustic environment and make sure the indoor sound environment corresponding to the requirement of the specifications.The significance of the article was the reference of such real estate construction in the process of EIA,and to make sure the noise contaminate prevention and control measures to the more practical,the analysis of sound environmental impact to be more comprehensive.
