腹腔镜模拟训练对提高腔镜手术基本技能的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨自行设计的腹腔镜训练装置对腹腔镜基本技能的训练效果。方法:通过三项简单项目、三项复杂项目和两项综合项目,对医学院不同年级未经过腹腔镜模拟训练的学生与实验组学生(接受50个小时简单项目和复杂项目训练)的腹腔镜基本技能操作能力进行了比较。结果:在简单和复杂操作项目中,实验组平均得分达到对照组3倍以上。在均未训练过的综合项目中,实验组成绩仍明显好于对照组,得分达到对照组2倍以上。结论:腹腔镜模拟训练对于熟悉腹腔镜器械的使用,提高操作能力有着显著的训练效果,有必要在今后的外科手术学教学中进行运用。Objective:A device for assisting in the training of laparoscopic surgical techniques is evaluated.Methods:Three simple subjects,three complex subjects and two visual subjects were used to compare the laparoscopic surgical techniques between untrained students(the control group) and participants(the experimental group) who were trained using above training device 50 hours(training simple and complex subjects).Result:Significant difference existed between the 2 groups in laparoscopic skills.The experimental group had more score in simple and complex subjects,as the result of visual subjects than the control group did(three times and two times respectively).Conclusion:The device is characterized that it provides a relatively simple,transportable device that allows a physician to practice laparoscopic surgical techniques without the need for assistance or complicated surgical set-ups
