论“碳关税”对我国外贸出口的影响及对策

摘　　要：随着低碳时代的到来,西方发达国家先后提出了碳关税的概念,它是发达国家贸易保护主义新兴的表现形式。碳关税的征收将有促进我国加快产业转型,推动低碳经济发展的正面积极作用;同时也有削弱我国出口能力、增加失业率等一系列的负面消极作用。因此,我们必须积极采取措施加以应对,尽量消除碳关税对我国外贸出口产生的不利影响。With the arrival of the low carbon era,western developed countries successively put forward the concept of carbon tariffs,it is the emerging expression form of developed countries' trade protectionism.The collection of carbon tariffs will promote our country speeding up the industry transition,and promote the development of low carbon economy,at the same time,also weaken our country's export capacity,increase unemployment rate and a series of negative effects.Therefore,we must take active measures,and try to eliminate unfavorable influences of the carbon tariffs on our foreign trade export.
