摘　　要：产业地产是以产业为基础,具有一定开发规模的综合性房地产开发项目。基于发展产业地产的益处,既要坚持政府主导,又要引入市场机制选择发展商,采取多种产业发展形式,坚持公开招标,使产业地产顺利发展。The real estate industry is the integrated real estate development project taking industry as the foundation and has a certain development scale.Based on the benefits of developing the real estate industry,we must both adhere to the guidance of the government,and introduce market mechanism to select developers,and take various forms of industrial development,adhere to the open tender,make industry real estate smooth development.
