摘 要:目的:探讨CR图像后处理技术对于提高体厚较大的腰椎侧位影像质量的价值。方法:对500幅体厚大于30 cm的腰椎侧位影像进行图像的谐调处理和空间频率处理的调试。结果:利用窗宽窗位的后处理调节后,影像细微结构符合诊断要求的图像符合率为39.0%,其中在骨皮质与骨小梁、腰椎小关节、腰椎间隙、影像细节方面的符合率分别为37.8%、68.0%、96.4%和36.4%。当再次利用腰椎filter(过滤器)的调节后,影像的细微结构诊断要求的图像符合率为86.4%,在骨皮质与骨小梁、腰椎小关节、腰椎间隙、影像细节方面的符合率分别为86.8%、91.6%、100.0%和51.4%。结论:提高了结构显示的层次,丰富了诊断的信息量。Objective:CR image processing techniques for improving the body thick lateral lumbar spine image quality value.Method:On 500 different thickness greater than 30 cm lateral lumbar spine imaging harmony processing and spatial frequency processing debugging.Results: After the adjusted post-processing window width,the consistency rate of the image of the fine structure in accordance with the image of diagnostic requirements was 39.0%,the consistency rate on the respect of the cortical bone and trabecular bone,lumbar facet joint,lumbar intervertebral space and the image details was 37.8%,68.0%,96.4%,36.4% respectively.After the re-regulation of the lumbar filter,the consistency rate of the diagnostic requirements of the image of the fine structure was 86.4%,the consistency rate on the respect of the cortical bone and trabecular bone,lumbar facet joint,lumbar intervertebral space and the compliance rate of image detail are 86.8 %,91.6%,100.0%,51.4% respectively.Conclusion:Improved structure of display level,enriched the diagnostic information.
