摘　　要：采用双母线接线的变电站采用计量电压切换回路,出现电压切换回路事故时,由于不在计量工作人员维护范围,计量工作人员不能准确分析。文章介绍了计量电压切换回路的动作原理,介绍了电能表为三相四线制时,功率的计算。通过220kV变电站的实例论述了电量差错事故的现象、分析与处理,由此提出了相应的防范措施。Substation in double bus bar connection adopts metering voltage switching circuit,when voltage switching circuit appears accident,metering staff cannot make accurate analysis for it is out of their maintenance responsibility.In this paper,the metering voltage switching circuit operation principle is introduced,power calculation when Watt-hour meter in three-phase four-wire system is also introduced.Through the example of 220kV power substation metering failure accident discusses the situation analysis and processing of the accident,thus puts forward corresponding preventive measures.
