摘　　要：基于广泛调研,详述了西方发达国家最新的电动汽车发展战略及部分电动汽车行业标准。针对以往的文章中鲜有关于国外电动汽车充换电运营商具体运营策略介绍的问题,研究总结了三家运营商特点鲜明的运营方式,分析了其运营方式存在的优点和不足,为电动汽车充换电业务的发展提供了参考。Based on extensive survey,this article introduces the latest electric vehicle(EV) development strategies of several developed countries and some EV standards.In view of rare papers of introducing foreign corporation's detailed strategy on EV charge-exchange service,this article researches three corporations' characteristic service strategies and analyzes the strategies' advantages and disadvantages,which could be a reference to developing EV charge-exchange service.
