摘　　要：目的:建立海藻消瘤胶囊微生物限度检查方法。方法:按《中国药典》2010年版(一部)的要求,采用常规法、培养基稀释法和薄膜过滤法对海藻消瘤胶囊进行微生物限度检查方法学验证。结果:海藻消瘤胶囊有抑菌作用,薄膜过滤法可有效去除其抑菌成分,各菌回收率均大于70%。结论:薄膜过滤法可作为海藻消瘤胶囊的微生物限度检查法。Objective To establish a method for the microbial limit test of Haizao Xiaoliu Capsule.Methods According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition,routine method,culture medium diluted method and membrane-filter procedure method were used to verify the microbial limit test of Haizao Xiaoliu Capsule.Results Haizao Xiaoliu Capsule showed antibacterial activity,the recovery rates of the tested organisms by membrane-filter procedure method were all over 70% and up to the requirement.Conclusion Membrane-filter procedure method could be effectively used to confirm the microbial limit test of Haizao Xiaoliu Capsule.
