摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室护理工作中易出现的系列问题,以求解决问题的办法,降低护患纠纷的发生率。方法:随机抽取2005年8月～2006年7月期间手术病人(包括普外、骨外、神经外、胸外、妇产科、五官科)7155例及2006年8月～2007年7月期间手术病人7955例,将发生的护理纠纷及未发生纠纷的安全隐患进行总结、对照。结果:2006年8月～2007年7月期间手术室内护理纠纷及未发生纠纷的安全隐患明显低于2005年8月～2006年7月期间。结论:通过进行有关法律、法规的培训和一些应对措施的采用,使护理人员的整体素质有了很大的提高,有效的避免或减少了手术室护患纠纷的发生。Objective :To explore the nursing problem that appear easily in the work in order to resolve problem and lower the occurrence rate of nurse-patient disputes in the operating room.Methods:We randomly sampled 7 155 operating patients from August in 2005 to July in 2006 and 7 955 operating patients from August in 2006 to July in 2007 and summarized the causation of ocurred nursing tangle and hidden trouble of no ocurred nursing tangle.Results:There is significantly lower ocurrence rate from August in 2006 to July in 2007 than from August in 2005 to July in 2006.Conclusions:We must enhance quality ourselves to avoid nurse-patient disputes including relative laws learning and coutermeasures.
