线型聚苯乙烯支载(4S)-噻唑烷-2-硫酮的合成研究

摘　　要：以N-Boc-L-酪氨酸乙酯为原料,经5步反应合成了一种新的手性辅助试剂——线型聚苯乙烯支载(4S)-噻唑烷-2-硫酮,总产率为40%.所有产物经IR、1H NMR、13C NMR以及元素分析对其结构进行表征,波谱解析结果与化合物的结构相符.A new chiral auxiliary,non-cross-linked polystyrene supported (4S)-thiazolidine-2-thione was synthesized using N-Boc-L-tyrosine ethyl ester as initiating material by five steps in 40% overall yield.All the products were characterized by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR.The spectrum results were consistent with the molecular structure.
