彩色多普勒血流显像对亚临床型甲状腺功能亢进症的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对亚临床型甲状腺功能亢进症(亚甲亢)的诊断价值。方法:40例亚甲亢患者行甲状腺CDFI检测,观察甲状腺的二维图像特点及血流灌注情况,并测量甲状腺上动脉(STA)血流参数。结果:亚甲亢患者甲状腺体积增大,CDFI示部分患者甲状腺血供丰富,腺体内结节血供呈三级表现,STA流速增大(P<0.01)。结论:CDFI对亚甲亢各分型有一定诊断价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in diagnosis of subclinical hyperthyroidism.Methods Forty patients with subclinical hyperthyroidism were detected with CDFI,the two-dimensional image features and blood flow status were observed and the parameter of blood flow in superior thyroidal artery(STA) were determined.Results The size of thyroid was increased in patients with subclinical hyperthyroidism,CDFI demonstrated that the blood supply of thyroid was enriched and the blood supply of thyroid nodules presented three-grade pattern,the flow rate of STA was increased significantly(P <0.01).Conclusion CDFI may be valuable for the diagnosis of subclinical hyperthyroidism.
