摘　　要：介绍了卫星表面张力贮箱洁净度要求及检测方法,论述了自动颗粒计数检测技术在卫星表面张力贮箱检测中的应用方式及特点。阐述了自动颗粒计数器工作原理,以及在贮箱洁净度检测中的作用。确定了贮箱洁净度自动颗粒计数器检测流程及方法。分析、总结了应用自动颗粒计数检测技术检测贮箱洁净度的注意事项。The paper presents cleanliness of the surface tension tank and test methods.The working principle and role of automatic particle count in testing the cleanliness of surface tension tank are explained.The process and method for testing the cleanliness of surface tension tank are established.At last,the attention of the automatic particle count tests in the cleanliness of surface tension tank is analyzed and summarized.
