摘　　要：以某牌号铝合金板材热处理性能不合格问题为例,介绍了材料特性和淬火时效热处理规律。结论认为淬火水温是影响固溶效果的重要因素,高温季节水温过高是导致薄板产品淬火不充分以及时效后机械性能不合格的原因。Taking the unqualified performance after heat-treating of some aluminum alloy plate as an example,this paper introduces its material characteristic and quench-aging law when heat-treated.An conclusion is drawn that water temperature is an important factor which will work on solid solution effect when quenching.During high temperature season,excessively high water temperature can cause inadequate quenching and unqualified mechanic performance of the plate.
