摘　　要：根据生产实践中遇到的零件螺纹表面电镀工艺问题,通过分析螺纹表面镀层的分布状态,结合具体产品零件的工艺处理案例,提出了全新的螺纹镀前尺寸控制方案及其具体的实施措施,并给出了解决该类机加工艺问题新的思路。According to the practical problems,the plating distribution of screw thread surfaces are analyzed combining with technology treatment cases of detailed parts.New screw thread dimensions control scheme and its detailed executing measures before galvanization are discussed.New ideas of solving similar machining problems are finally presented.
