摘 要:以吉林省长白山雪域冰雪旅游为例,以符号学理论为指导,采用文献分析、实地调查法和统计分析法,对吉林长白山雪域冰雪旅游者体验动机的符号感知、体验过程的符号解读,以及体验质量的符号要素进行了实证分析。结果表明,游客对长白山雪域的符号感知有8个;不同符号类型旅游者人口学特征和体验质量存在差异;整体上看,游客们对长白山雪域旅游体验质量较为满意。借鉴符号学的理论对冰雪旅游体验进行研究,既丰富了冰雪旅游的研究视角,也为冰雪旅游开发宣传提供了理论指导和操作途径。aking the example of snow area tourism at Changbai Mountain in Jilin province and the guidance of semiotic theory,with the methods of documentary analysis,fact investigation and statistical analysis,the paper has the symbols perceptions of tourist experience motivation and the semiotics understanding on their experience process,and has a empirical analysis on the semiotics elements of experience quality.The results show that there are 8 symbols perceptions from the tourists at the snow area in Changbai Mountain;the demographic characteristics and experience quality from the tourists of different symbols types are different;on the whole,the tourists are satisfied with the tourism experience quality at Changbai Mountain's snow area.the study on ice-snow tourism experience with the semiotic theory may not only enrich the research viewpoints of ice-snow tourism,but also provide a theoretic guidance and exercisable way for developing and publicizing the ice-snow tourism.
