摘  要:随着社会的进步、经济的发展,滑雪运动已成为深受人们喜爱的一项集运动健身、休闲娱乐为一体的运动,同时也成为新的经济增长点。通过对我国滑雪产业现状的分析,揭示出我国滑雪产业存在滑雪场及相关餐饮、住宿等配套设施滞后;管理模式落后,缺乏先进的管理理念和方法以及高端管理人;行业法律法规及标准不完善,甚至缺乏等问题,并提出培育品牌,增加文化底蕴;实施柔性化管理,培养创新精神;提升服务质量,培养客户忠诚度等解决对策,旨在培育和提高我国滑雪产业的核心竞争力。With the social progress and economic growth,the skiing has been into the people's lives not only as a well-liked exercise of healthy fitness and leisure recreation,but also as a new economic growth point.By analyzing the current situation of Chinese ski industry,the paper indicates the problems as follows: laggard ski resort and its supporting facilities such as relevant restaurants and hotels;outmoded management with poor ideas and talented manager;incomplete industrial standard,laws and regulations.In order to develop the core competitiveness of Chinese ski industry,it puts forward the strategy to cultivate the brand and cultural deposits,implement the flexible management and foster the creative spirits,improve the service quality and customer loyalty.
