摘　　要：我国环境问题日益突出,已成为制约我国可持续发展的重要因素。国家明确把加大环境保护力度作为"十二五"规划纲要的重要内容,而环境保护工作的顺利开展,离不开公众参与。通过长沙市环境保护公众参与情况的问卷调查,了解环境保护公众参与的现状,对存在的问题深入剖析,进一步提出改进措施,以期为提高长沙环境保护公众参与水平及其他省市乃至国家"两型社会"的建设提供借鉴。China's environmental problems is more and more serious,has become an important factor that constraints sustainable development.Our country had clearly regarded reinforcing environment protection as an important content in subject of the 'Twelfth Five Years Plan Outline',the smooth development of environmental protection can't lack of public participation.Surveying environmental protection public participation with questionnaires,we learn the actual situation of public participation in ChangSha,deeply analyze the main influence factor and problems,and finally suggest improvements.We hope that the research will provide an important reference in improving environmental protection public participation level and 'Two Types Society' building in other provinces or the whole country.
