摘　　要：认为当前新生代农民工面临的主要问题是:农民工的身份仍是农民;难以融入城市社会,社会歧视仍然存在;就业环境差、待遇低、工资被拖欠、克扣现象时有发生;社会保障权利不完善。解决新生代农民工问题的对策:深化户籍制度及其配套设施的改革;建立适合新生代农民工特点的社会保障制度;完善农民工权益法律保障体系;提高新生代农民工的组织化程度。The article thinks,the main problems which the new generation of migrant workers face,are that the identity of migrant workers still is farmer.It is difficult for them to integrate into the society of the city because social discrimination to them still exists,poor employment environment,low salary,wage deduction have occurred from time to time,and their right in social security is not perfect.The countermeasures are to deepen the reform of household registration system and supporting facilities,establish the social security system for the new generation of migrant workers,perfect legal protection system about the migrant workers rights and interests,improve the level of organization of new generation migrant workers.
