摘　　要：对档案管理的现状和存在的问题进行了分析,阐述了RFID物联网应用于档案管理系统中的优势。设计了一套基于RFID物联网的档案管理自动化系统,并就该系统的功能模块架构与管理业务流程进行了详细分析,实现了档案管理全过程的自动化、智能化管理。实验结果表明,该系统具备工程实践指导价值和良好的应用前景。The present situation and the existing problems of file management are analyzed,advantages of the RFID internet of things which applies to file management system are elaborated.A file automatic management system based on the RFID internet of things is proposed,and the module structure and the business management process of the proposed system are analyzed in detail.The presented system can achieve automatic and intelligent file management.The experimental results show that the system has the engineering practice instruction value and good application prospect.
