摘 要:通过实验在较低温度(20~60℃),合成了复合磷酸铝铁防锈颜料,并对其防锈性能进行了测试.实验表明,合成反应温度在20~60℃,Fe_2O_3与Al_2O_3的物质的量比在0.1~0.5,合成的磷酸铝铁防锈颜料的防锈性能优良.本方法合成的复合磷酸铁铝无毒、操作简单,能耗低、价格较低,可广泛作为工业及民用防锈涂料.The anticorrosive pigment of composite aluminium phosphate iron was synthetized under the lower temperature(20℃~60℃) and its anticorrosive properties were tested in this paper.The results showed that the anticorrosive properties were good under these conditions of synthetic,reaction temperature in 20℃~6℃,the ratio of amount of substance between Fe_2O_3 and Al_2O_3.The method had the characteristics of synthetic non-toxic,simplicity of operation,the lower energy consumption and price,could be widely used in industry and civil anticorrosive pigment.
