零件图尺寸标注中常见问题刍议

摘　　要：零件图尺寸标注时首先要分析零件在机器中的装配定位关系和加工过程,选择相应的尺寸基准;其次是按设计要求标注出功能尺寸,主要功能尺寸要从设计基准引出,并考虑工艺要求标注出非功能尺寸;最后,要用形体分析法和结构分析法补全和检查尺寸;另外,还要注意尺寸配置的清晰度,并保证标注方法和尺寸数值符合国家标准规定.There are some matters need to attention during patrs drawing dimensions as follows:Firstly,we shuold analyze the assembling and positioning relationship and the workpiece process,choose relevant dimensions standard. Secondly,we should make dimensioning functional dimensions in accordance with design requirements,get the main functional dimensions from design standard and make dimensioning not-functional dimension according to technological requirements.Finally,we should supplement and check up demensions by the methods of form analysis and structure ananlysis.In addition,we should attention the definition of dimension configuration and ensure that dimensioning method and dimension value accord with the national standard code.
