摘　　要：构建应用型人才培养体系是提升高等教育发展水平的重要途径。工商管理专业具有实践性很强的特点,高等学校只有从通识教育、理论教学、实践教学、师资培养以及学生职业生涯规划五个方面,真正建立起以就业为导向的应用型人才培养体系,才能保证高等学校毕业生的培养质量,适应市场的需求。To establish the applied talents cultivation system is the most important way to enhance the developmental level of higher education.As the Business Administration Major has highly practicality,it should be trained from the following five aspects: general education,theoretical teaching,practice teaching,teacher training and the students' career planning which formed the employment-orientated applied talents cultivation system to ensure the undergraduates' adaptation to the demands of the market.
