摘　　要：RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)是基因表达调控机制之一。近年来,在利用RNAi降血脂的研究中发现,与胆固醇合成、代谢及血脂转运与吸收相关的基因都可能作为潜在的药物靶标。因此,RNAi有望用于治疗脂代谢紊乱相关疾病。文中针对实验研究提供的各种脂代谢新靶点及RNAi治疗血脂异常的进展做一综述。] RNA interference(RNAi) is a mechanism of regulation of gene expression.In recent years,the result that related genes about synthesis,metabolism of cholesterol,transport and uptake of lipid may be used as potential drug targets has been found in the researches on the lipid-lowering function of RNAi.Accordingly,RNAi is expected to treat diseases associated with lipid metabolism disorders.This review focuses on the experiments providing validation of new targets and the development of RNAi-based therapeutics for dyslipidemia.
