摘　　要：近年来,检验结果对临床诊断的影响不断增强,检验结果的准确性也成为医学检验越来越重视的问题。检验分析前质量管理为目前检验全面质量管理最薄弱的环节,涉及人员较多,环节较复杂,较多的细节问题仍需进一步进行探讨、改进。文中从医生、患者、护士、送检人员4个方面进行分析,总结检验分析前血标本质量的影响因素,为今后加强检验分析前质量管理提供参考和借鉴。With the increasing value of laboratory results for clinical diagnosis,more and more importance has been attached to the accuracy of laboratory tests.However,pre-laboratory quality control has been receiving the least attention in the process of overall quality management,though it involves many staffs,complicated aspects,and lots of details to be discussed and improved.The article analyzed the influencing factors of the quality of blood samples before laboratory tests in terms of doctors,patients,nurses and delivery personnel,aim at providing some reference for pre-laboratory quality control.
