摘　　要：作为数字化医院系统工程的一个组成部分,病案数字化管理系统的实施提升了病案管理的信息化程度,是解决当前病案资料保存、科研利用、信息安全、数据共享等诸多方面问题的一种实用、有效的管理方式。文中阐述实施纸质归档病案数字化管理的必要性,介绍归档病案数字化管理系统的主要功能与特点,认为通过建立病案信息资源共享平台,可实现具有法律效力的历史病案永久保存,有效提高了病案管理的工作效益。As an integral part for the construction of a digital hospital system,the application of a digital management system for medical records,which enhanced the informationization of archives management,is a practical and effective way of management for the preservation of current medical records,utilization in researches,information security,data sharing and many other aspects.This paper describes the importance of the application of digital management on archive medical papers and introduces the main functions and features of such a system.The permanent preservation of historical medical papers with legal effects can be achieved by the building of a medical records sharing platform,which improves the work efficiency of medical records management.
