摘　　要：预激综合征(pre-excitation syndrome)又称沃尔夫-帕金森综合征(Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome,W-P-Wsyndrome),是临床常见病。近年来,研究发现预激综合征不仅可促进心房纤颤的发生、改变心肌的除极顺序、诱发多种心律失常,还可影响多种心脏活动,故进一步研究预激综合征对临床疾病的诊治有重要意义。Pre-excitation syndrome is a kind of clinically common disease.It is found that pre-excitation syndrome not only promotes the happening of atrial fibrilation,changs myocardial depolarization and provocates many kinds of arhythhmia,but also affects multiple aspects of cardiomotility and causes clinic reconstruction.So,it is very meaningful to further understand pre-excitation syndrome.
