摘 要:通过概述黄樟油素合成洋茉莉醛、胡椒基丁醚、胡椒基丙酮、香兰素的基本工艺方法,分析了化学合成法和植物资源提取法的优劣;在对比黄樟、岩桂等八种含黄樟油素的植物资源的基础上,得出了岩桂等枝叶中含黄樟油素的植物是值得开发的植物资源的结论,提出了高效化学合成方法、岩桂油产量与地层结构的关系、高油含量岩桂品种的选育、岩桂品种改造、黄樟油素提取设备与提纯技术等是值得深入研究的方向.The basic techniques of safrole to synthesize heliotropine,piperonyl butoxide,ducinyl recryst and vanillin were summaried,and the advantages and disadvantages of chemical synthesis and plant extraction were analyzed.Based on the comparison of eight main plant resources containing safrole,the conclusion that C.petrophilum whose branches and leaves containing safrole were worth developing was drawn.The further research including efficient chemical synthesis methods,the relation between the safrole output of C.Petrophilum and its stratum structure,breeding of C.Petrophilum varieties of high safrole content,improvement of C.Petrophilum varieties,safrole extraction equipment,and purification technology was proposed.
