健康人不同年龄阶段舌质颜色及其相关因素的调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解健康人不同年龄阶段舌质颜色的分布情况,并对其相关因素进行分析。[方法]选择2010年9月-2011年5月间首都医科大学在校学生和教师150例,采用便携式红外测温仪检测舌面温度,MoorVMS-OXY型激光多普勒血流仪和组织氧含量测定仪检测舌面微循环血流灌注量、血流速度、血氧饱和度。应用SPSS11.5统计软件进行统计分析。[结果]①健康人舌质颜色出现频率从高到低是:淡红舌-暗舌-淡白舌-红绛舌-紫舌。淡红舌是健康人的主要舌色表现;②随着年龄的增大,淡白舌、暗舌、紫舌的出现率增高,淡红舌出现率减少;③,随着年龄的增大,舌下络脉逐渐增粗,P<0.001;④随着年龄增大,舌温逐渐降低;⑤随着年龄增大,舌面微循环灌注量和血流速度增大,10-19年龄阶段与其他年龄阶段微循环灌注量和血流速度存在显著差异,P<0.05～P<0.001;⑥10-39年龄阶段,随着年龄增大,舌面微循环血氧饱和度逐渐增大,P<0.001;40-59年龄阶段,随着年龄增大,舌面微循环血氧饱和度逐渐减少,P<0.001。[结论]健康人舌质颜色存在自身的变化规律,舌面温度、微循环等指标与中医阳气的旺衰、气血状况和肾气盛衰密切相关。[Objective]To understand tongue color distribution in different age levels of health persons,and analyse the relative factors.[Method] Select 150 cases,take convenient infrared radiation thermometer to test temperature of tongue,MoorVMS-OXY Ray Doppler Bloodstream Instrument and tissue oxygen content meter to test tongue micro-circulation intake,blood flow speed and oxyhemoglobin saturation;take SPSS11.5 software for statistical analysis.[Result]①The tongue color frequency from high to low:reddish-dark-light white-violet;reddish is the normal one for healthy persons.②With aging,there's more light white,dark and violet tongue,the reddish is reduced.③With aging,hypogloeeis collateral thickens.④With aging,the tongue temperature is lowered.⑤The tongue micro-circulation intake and blood flow speed increase;age 10—19 has marked difference from ages.⑥For age 10~39,with aging,tongue micro-circulation oxyhemoglobin saturation increases gradually;for 40~59,decreases. [Conclusion]Healthy persons' tongue color has change rules;tongue temperature,micro-circulation and other indexes are closely related with TCM Yang Qi,Qi blood and kidney Qi ups and downs.
