吉林省水稻生产省域尺度比较优势分析与建议

摘　　要：从播种面积指数、单产指数、效益指数以及综合比较优势指数的角度分析了吉林省水稻生产的比较优势。结果表明,和全国平均水平相比,吉林省水稻播种面积指数不具有比较优势,2003—2007年5年平均播种面积位于全国第15位;单产指数和全国平均水平相比具有比较优势,2003—2007年5年平均位于第11位;效益指数和全国平均水平相比具有比较优势,2003—2007年5年平均位于全国第13位。综合比较优势指数不具有比较优势,2003—2007年5年平均位于全国第13位。在此基础上,提出吉林省发展水稻生产的对策建议。The comparative advantage of rice production in Jilin province was analyzed based on the sow area index,unit yield index and benefit index in this paper.The results showed that there was no comparative advantage in sow area index,compared with the other provinces in China,the average of 2003 to 2007 stood the fifteenth in China;there was comparative advantage of unit yield index compared with the average of the whole countries,the average of 2003 to 2007 stood the eleventh in China ;there was comparative advantage of benefit index compared with the average of the whole countries,the average of 2003 to 2007 stood the thirteenth in China;there was no comprehensive comparative advantage in Jilin provincial rice production,the average of 2003 to 2007 stood the thirteenth in China.On the basis of the above,we put forward the suggestions to develop rice production in Jilin province.
