低碳农业背景下闽台有机农业交流与发展的研究

摘　　要：在全球应对气候变暖而提出发展"新的工业革命"—"低碳经济"的背景下,笔者在对"低碳经济"兴起和"低碳农业"原理进行阐述的基础上,借鉴台湾低碳农业和有机农业的发展经验,以有机农业作为发展福建低碳农业的切入点,提出应用"低碳农业"技术,以期促进福建有机农业的发展和加强海峡两岸农业经济的合作与交流。In the background of global climate change,the low-carbon economy as a new type of Industrial Revolution was put forward.And on the basis of expounding low carbon economy and low carbon agriculture,we argued that the organic agriculture should be the breakthrough point of low-carbon agriculture in Fujian province by using low-carbon agriculture technology and drawing the development experience of low-carbon agriculture and organic agriculture in Taiwan.
