摘　　要：从上海市基本情况入手,结合上海市2001-2009年卫生总费用数据,分析了上海市卫生筹资的总体水平和构成状况,并与全国及其他省市和国际相比较,找出其特点,并针对存在的问题提出相关政策建议。Starting from the basic instance and the total expenditure on health(TEH) of Shanghai(2001-2009),this paper analyzed the overall amount and the structure of TEH,made national and international comparisons and summarized the characteristics of health accounts in Shanghai.Finally,certain problems were identified and policy recommendations were put forward.
