石蝉草醇提物中两个聚酮类同分异构体的结构鉴定

摘　　要：采用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱及半制备高效液相色谱技术,从石蝉草醇提物的氯仿萃取部位中分离得到一对聚酮类同分异构体混合物,经理化性质和波谱技术等手段,分别鉴定为1,4β-二羟基-2-(1′,15′-二氧代二十碳-16′反式-烯基)-1-环己烯-3-酮(1)和1,4β-二羟基-2-(1′,16′-二氧代二十碳-14′反式-烯基)-1-环己烯-3-酮(2)。化合物1和2均为新化合物,分别命名为石蝉草酮C和石蝉草酮D。The mixture of two polyketide isomers in chloroform fraction of ethanol extract from P.dindygulensis Miq.were obtained by silica gel column chromatography,preparative TLC and semi-preparative HPLC.Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical and spectral data.The two polyketide isomers were identified as 1,4β-dihydroxy-2-(1',15'-dioxo-eicosane-16'E-ene) -1-cyclohexen-3-one(1) and 1,4β-dihydroxy-2-(1',16'-dioxoeicosane -14'E-ene) -1-cyclohexen-3-one)(2).Both compounds 1 and 2 are first reported as natural products and named as peperomadinone C and peperomadinone D.
