摘　　要：采用~3H同位素标记8-甲氧补骨脂素脂质体凝胶、脂质体、凝胶和酊剂,给予SD大鼠后,以液体闪烁仪测定皮肤及血液中~3H标记的8-甲氧补骨脂素含量。考察剂型、脂质组成、粒径和电荷等因素对脂质体凝胶皮肤靶向性的影响。结果显示,以二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱(DPPC)为膜材或加入带负电荷胆固醇硫酸酯的脂质体凝胶可增加皮肤靶向性。研究表明,脂质组成、粒径和电荷对脂质体凝胶的皮肤靶向性均有较大影响。8-Methoxypsoralen liposome gel was labeled using isotope labeling method.Four ~3H labeled 8-methoxypsoralen preparations were administrated to SD rats.The concentration of ~3H labeled 8-methoxypsoralen in skin and blood were measured by liquid scintillation spectrometer.The influence of formulation,lipid composition,particle size and charge was investigated.The results showed that the liposome gel wrapped by DPPC or added cholesterol sulfate with negative charge had much higher 8-methoxypsoralen residual quantity in the skin.It indicated that the skin-targeting property was influenced by lipid composition,particle size and charge of liposome gel.
