治糜灵泡腾胶囊栓对苯酚致大鼠宫颈糜烂模型的治疗作用

摘　　要：治糜灵泡腾胶囊栓的研制是对传统治糜灵栓进行的剂型改革。新剂型摒弃了传统栓剂的基质,用普通胶囊壳取而代之,解决了基质型栓剂遇高温易软化变形、氧化、潮解、变质等缺点,使药物释放更充分。本研究从药效学角度,考察了新旧两种剂型对苯酚胶浆致大鼠宫颈糜烂模型的治疗效果。病理切片显示,治糜灵泡腾胶囊栓对大鼠宫颈糜烂模型的治疗效果与传统治糜灵栓基本相同。The development of Zhimiling effervesce capsule suppository is a reform of dosage form compared with traditional Zhimiling suppository.The new dosage form can overcome the disadvantage that matrix-type suppository is easy to be soften to deform at a high temperature,oxidation,deliquescence and metamorphism by getting rid of the matrix of traditional suppository and being replaced by common capsule shell,meanwhile making drug release more completely.The aim of this study is to investigate the therapeutic efficacy of the new and old formulations on rats with cervical erosion caused by phenol plasmagel from the pharmacodynamic aspect.In this experiment,we can conclude that Zhimiling effervesce capsule suppository has almost the same therapeutic efficacy compared with Zhimiling suppository from the pathology.
