温阳益心法治疗急性冠脉综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察常规治疗联合复方中药温心汤治疗急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者的临床疗效。方法:选择在解放军第211医院中医科、干部病房住院治疗的ACS 60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗同时加服复方中药温心汤,疗程为1个月。观察治疗前后临床症状、心电图、血脂及血液流变学、心功能、EF值的变化及住院期间、出院1个月内的梗死后心绞痛、心源性死亡、再发心梗等急性心血管事件的发生率。结果:①治疗组临床症状有效率、心电图变化及心功能变化均优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);②治疗组血脂及血液流变学指标变化均优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);③治疗组急性心血管事件的发生率明显低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗联合复方中药温心汤对急性冠状动脉综合征保守治疗患者,不仅能减少心绞痛发作及急性心血管事件的发生,而且可更好地改善心功能,是比较理想的保守治疗方法。Objective:To obverse the clinical effect of routine treatment combined with compound Chinese medicine Wenxin soup treatment on acute coronary syndrome(ACS) in patients.Methods:60 patients with ACS were selected in Traditional Chinese medicine department and cadres ward of the PLA 211 Hospital,they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group has 30 patients.The control group used routine treatment;Treatment group used routine treatment,and added compound Chinese medicine Wenxin soup with a treatment course of 1 month.The changes of clinical symptoms,ECG,blood lipid,hemorheology,cardiac function and EF were obversed before and after treatment in both groups,and acute cardiovascular event incidences as postinfarction angina,cardiac death,recurrent myocardial infarction and soon were also obversed in the hospital and out of the hospital within 1 month.Results:①The clinical symptom efficiency and the changes of ECG,cardiac function in treatment group were more obvious than that in control group,there is a statistical significance(P<0.05);②The changes of blood lipid,hemorheology in treatment group were more obvious than that in control group,there is a statistical significance(P<0.05);③The acute cardiovascular events decreased significantly in treatment group than that in control group,there is a statistical significance.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Routine and Compound Chinese medicine wenxin soup in the conservative treatment of patients with ACS can not only decrease angina attack and acute cardiovascular events,but also can improve cardiac function.It is an ideal method of conservative treatment.
