摘　　要：随着宫颈炎发病率的增高,阴道局部给药系统也相继出现较快发展,其中中药凝胶剂是近几年来在国际医药市场中表现最活跃的药品新剂型之一,也是最有市场潜力的一类外用药品,其发展迅速,疗效确切。与其它阴道给药剂型相比,凝胶剂能延长滞留时间,易于涂布,能渗入黏膜皱褶,无异物感,无刺激性,能提高患者的顺应性,且清洁易清洗。本文通过对近年来有代表性的文献进行分析和归纳,总结了凝胶剂的基质、制备方法,透皮吸收促进剂及在宫颈炎中的应用进展,为宫颈炎临床用药的深入研究提供参考。With the increased incidences of cervicitis,vaginal drug delivery systems and rapid development have also emerged,in which Chinese medicine gel in the international pharmaceutical market in recent years is becoming the most active drugs in new dosage forms.It is one of the most marketably potential drugs for external use.Compared with other vaginal formulations,gels can extend the retention time,easy-to-coating,can penetrate mucosal folds,no foreign body sensation,irritation,can improve patient compliance,and is easy to clean.Based on the representative literatures in recent years,analyzed and summarized,summed up the gel matrix,preparation,transdermal absorption enhancers and progress in CCI application for clinical use in-depth study of cervicitis references.
