α-硫辛酸(奥力宝)联合中药内服治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟中药降糖方联合α-硫辛酸(奥力宝)治疗糖尿病神经病变(DPN)患者疗效。方法:将60例DPN患者随机分为实验组(30例)和对照组(30例),两组均饮食控制及积极调控血糖,对照组采用α-硫辛酸注射液(奥力宝)0.6g+0.9%NS 250ml iv.drip qd(避光);实验组在此基础上,加用自拟中药降糖方(太子参20g,茯苓15g,生地黄15g,玉竹15g,首乌15g,石斛15g,枸杞子15g,知母15g,麻黄10g,怀牛膝15g),并随证加减,每日1次,每次1剂,约200mL。14d 1个疗程。观察治疗前后两组神经病变患者神经病变自觉症状问卷(TSS评分)及数字感觉阈值测定(VPT)值。结果:临床使用α-硫辛酸(奥力宝)联合中药内服治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效较单用α-硫辛酸(奥力宝)好。Objecive:To study the effects of treatment with self hypoglycemic and traditional Chinese medicine and alpha-lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods: Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty patients were in the treatment group and thirty patients were in the control group.The patients from two groups were treated with alpha-lipoic acid 0.6g+0.9%NS 250ml(Avoid light) daily through intravenous drip for two weeks,on this base 30 patients in treatment group were treated with self hypoglycemic and traditional Chinese medicine,and with the addition and subtraction cards,once a day,about 200ml.All patients were examined on Total Symptoms Score(TSS)and marks of Vibration Perception Threshold(VPT).Results and Conclusions:Self Hypoglycemic and traditional Chinese medicine combined with alpha-lipoic acid are more effective to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy than alpha-lipoic acid only.
