摘　　要：高等教育大众化是我国经济、社会发展的必然产物,高等教育大众化背景下大学生就业与社会就业逐步融为一体。高校改革是解决大学生就业问题的基础。高校要提高大学生的综合素质,改革人才培养模式,强化课程改革,加强就业准备教育。The popularization of higher education is the inevitable product of our country economy and social development,under the background of popularization of higher education,the employment of college students and the social employment gradually integrates into a union.University reform is the basis to solve the employment problem of college students.In order to improve the overall quality of students,reform personnel training mode,strengthen the curriculum reform,and the employment preparation education.
