CT冠状位扫描对慢性鼻窦炎的诊断价值——附58例分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨CT冠状位扫描对慢性鼻窦炎的诊断价值。方法 :收集分析 5 8例经手术病理证实的慢性鼻窦炎病例。全部 5 8例病例术前经冠状位CT平描 ,结果 :单纯性鼻窦炎 2 7例 ,鼻窦炎伴有鼻息肉 2 1例 ,全组鼻窦炎伴复发。多发性息肉 10例 ,其中 16例伴有筛窦骨质增生 ;鼻窦炎伴有鼻息肉的病例常合并中下鼻甲肥大、鼻中隔偏曲、Haller气房、钩突异常等解剖变异。结论 :CT冠状位扫描能直观的显示鼻道、鼻窦整体解剖影像 ,显示病变范围、大小、比邻关系及继发改变 ,是术前必不可少的检查手段。Objective: To investigate the CT diagnostic value of coronal plane in chronic sinusitis and to provide imformation for endoscopic operation. Methods: 58 cases of surgically proven chronic paranasal sinus were selected and analyde. All patients had coronal plane CT scan and plain scan. Results: Pure sinusitis (27cases), sinusitis combined polypus(21cases), entirety sinuses inflammation combined recurring and freguently-occurring polypus(10 cases), combined ethmoidal sinus skeleton proliteration(10 cases);Paranasal sinus often has nasal polyps such as hyperplasia of middle, inferior conchae, the curved nasal septum, Haller pore, uncinate process abnormity et al. Conclusion: The coronal plane CT scan can clearly demonstrate the whole anatomical imaging of meatuses and paranasal sinus, providing the range, size, adjacent relation and second changes of the lesion, prior to operation.
